Holidays
On Sunday I am going to Japan! AHHHH! I’m so very excited, but also sad as I bid farewell to Alex tonight. He’s going to Brisbane tomorrow to stay with his father for the next two-and-a-half weeks. Today
Today I am going to clean my room and clear off my desk. I haven’t been able to work at it for about a year now because, along with my chair, it’s my dumping-ground. I can’t wait to organise everything. I’m aiming to be done by about 4pm so I can do a puzzle before watching The Usual Suspects at 6.40pm on cable.

On the 27th I will be catching a plane to Japan for nearly a month! I’m so excited, I cannot wait to go back. I went in September 2007 and because I know how beautiful and marvelous it is, I’m even more excited than I should be. My cousin and my friend (two out of the four of us going) are already there. Graduation
So today I officially graduated from AFTRS. They spelt my name wrong on the certificate; it reads Madeleina when it should be Madeleine. Ah well. I failed three subjects and scraped decent marks in others, but it doesn’t really matter. I’ve got the diploma now.
Also, when I am in Japan (in three weeks!) I will read The Bell Jar again because I haven’t read it in ages. Last time...
